Normal wear and tear on equipment is taken into consideration, as is nominal loss of terminal tackle.
Note: Jasper Creek's Completely Outfitted & Guided Trips take place on Ontario's Quetico Provincial Park waters, on Minnesota - Canadian (Ontario) border waters, and on the interior waters of the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness (BWCAW) located in Minnesota, and on Superior National Forest Waterways. Depending on where and when your trip will take place, certain individual sportfish have special harvesting regulations, and the use of live bait is regulated on certain waterways.
Since 2008, there ha been no longer the use of any live bait in Canada's Quetico Park, plus all terminal tackle hooks used in Quetico Park must be of the barbless design or have the barbs pinched down. This applies ONLY to the hook that is in the water!
