Liability Coverage & Insurance: Jasper Creek Guide Service, Inc. assumes no liability for loss of or damage to personal property, injury, or loss of life. J. C. does not carry medical insurance on trip participants. Please be sure that you, the participant, have adequate coverage in the case of accident, injury, or illness during your trip. Any emergency evacuation costs shall be borne by the participant.

Reservation, Payments, Cancellations and Refunds: Reservations can be made at any time, but Jasper Creek's policy beginning 2005 is "Trips are First Come/ First Reserved." Space is limited for these high quality trips, so  reserve early to gain a place and avoid any disappointment. A deposit of $200.00 per adult, PLUS the permit reservation fee is required at time of reservation. The balance is due upon arrival. A trip canceled prior to a permit being confirmed will be refunded the permit fee and 50% of the trip deposit rendered. Once a permit has been confirmed in the party leader's name, no refund is given on the permit fee or deposit. No permit will be reserved without the appropriate deposit!  Be sure of your participation before reserving! A Credit Card number is required to hold trip dates and for applying for the appropriate permit. A permit must be under the party leaders name.

Transfers: If your trip needs to change from one date to another, Jasper Creek will make that change if there is a permit available for the new entry date. Transfer fee is $75.00. There will be no deposit refunds for any trip participants that cannot make the new trip date. If there are additional members, then the $200.00 deposit per adult will apply. Wilderness regulations allow only 9 people per permit including the guide.

Responsibilities of Jasper Creek Guide Service, Inc.: Jasper Creek Guide Service, Inc. (its employees, agents, outfitters, and owners) acts only as the agent for the owners, contractors, and suppliers that provide additional means of transportation and/or other related travel services and assumes no responsibility for damage, expense, or inconvenience caused by negligent conduct or financial irresponsibility of any supplier, outfitter; and defects in any vehicles, equipment breakdown, late air or boat arrivals and departures, changes in schedules, acts of God, detention, annoyance, civil disturbance, theft, and government regulations over which they have no control. Reasonable changes in the trip itinerary may be made for the comfort and well being of trip participants. If circumstances arise beyond our control, Jasper Creek Guide Service, Inc. reserves the right to withdraw the trip. In such an event, a full refund will be made. Jasper Creek reserves the right to alter any price or dates listed in it's newsletter, web page, brochure, or other related literature. Jasper Creek is not responsible for any pre-trip or post trip costs for any trip participant. All participants are required to read this and be certain that they understand this literature and be prepared to assume all risks involved.

Responsibilities of Participants:  All adventure travel has many elements of risk. Be sure you are prepared to assume all risks associated with the reserved trip and the activity before departing. Participants must inform Jasper Creek of all medical problems and of any dietary restrictions before trip commences. A doctor's written permission is needed (if there are medical problem(s) from the participant(s). Jasper Creek Guide Service, Inc. has the authority to disqualify any trip member at any time if he/she is physically incapable or if continued participation puts any or all the remaining members in jeopardy. No refunds or credits will be given for such circumstances. Should it become necessary, any emergency evacuation on your behalf will be at your expense.
